Sorbel Group doesn't do generic workshops. We believe that Sales is individual so every single client needs different approach.

Usually our workshop consists of a combination of classical presentations, simulations, local cases with various tests and video projections.

Our special feature is that before each agreed workshop, our team conducts a "prework" interview with each of the future participants. This gives us an insight into the areas for improvement of each participant on the basis of which, and in agreement with the management of the company, we agree on the final concept of the workshop.

After 4 to 6 weeks of the workshop, a joint "follow up" is done with the participants, where we provide an experiential assessment of an individual sales culture progress as well as for the whole team.
